I agree that is difficult, but it can be done. I can do it for those entities I'm familiar with only. --Vizcarra 20:57, 1 November 2005 (UTC)
some examples: why is "distrito federal" national and not federal? The federal stuff alltogether seems not right for every country. Some countries are no unions/federations but have cantons/provincias/departments. The ex-distrito federal in AR (now Autonomous city of BsAs) is very urban and metropolitan (?).
