[edit] Needs to be renamed

Spark ignition refers to a means of ignition in internal combusion engines. This article is using it to describe the engines themselves. I would expect spark ignition to describe the mechanisms used to produce sparks and how they are applied. Coils magnetos , distributors etc . Lumos3 09:18, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

I agree, so I have re-named it Spark-ignition engine. Biscuittin (talk) 21:18, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
