It has been suggested[1] that Spampoison is moved and redirected to Spamtrap. However, this moved content was deleted from Spamtrap. I reverted the deletion and suggest editing without loosing information. Moreover, Blue Frog links to "Spampoison (in: Spamtrap)". Shall we delete Spampoison from here? Wiki-doo

Yes. Attempting to poision spammer mailing lists and collecting samples of spam are completely different. Spampoison is definitely not a spamtrap. Bitserve

[edit] Reverted, but suggest another action

I've reverted the page to the state in which the discussion about SpamPoison is still in there. While I agree that this does NOT really belong here, because a list poisoning system is NOT a spam trap, the problem is that SpamPoison redirects here.

In it's previous state, someone searching for SpamPoison would be redirected here, but find no information at all about SpamPoison.

I suggest that the redirect is removed; that the discussion about SpamPoison is place in a separate article "SpamPoison"; that if this is done, the article is reverted to the state it was in before I made today's reversion. --217.140.2.129 15:40, 26 June 2006 (UTC) SausMeester

Perhaps you could create a definition for list poisoning as an anti-spam measure. 16:10 June 26, 2006 (UTC) -Bitserve (Nevermind, I did it.)
