Salt should be added. Also, may grated cheese (parmesan, romano, or Grana Padano) be added at the end, in the traditional version of this dish? Badagnani (talk) 20:42, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
What type(s) of oil are used? I've heard of olive oil, as well as olive oil mixed with sunflower or safflower oil. Badagnani (talk) 21:00, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
