The Sparkling-Tailed Hummingbird (Tilmatura dupontii) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Nicaragua. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and heavily degraded former forest.
