Spanish Springs High School, many times shortened to SSHS, is a public secondary school in Sparks, Nevada and is one of only three public high schools run by the Washoe County School District within the city of Sparks. SSHS was founded in 2001.
Spanish Springs High School is well known for both their Softball, and Rifle team. Both teams are nationally ranked. With the softball team being the 4A state champions for the last 2 years running.
