Spanish Lookout is a small town in the Cayo District of Belize. In 2000, Spanish Lookout had a population of 1,786 people. The village is populated by a community of Mennonites.

The citizens of this community speak Plautdietsch; most also speak English and Spanish. It is largely an agricultural community with some light industry, furniture making, prefabricated wood houses and the only oil field in production in Belize.

There are three ways into Spanish Lookout. One requires the use of a hand cranked ferry, one is a long dirt road that goes through the neighboring town of Bullet Tree, and one is across bridge the Mennonites built after years of promises to build one by the government and one failed attempt (it collapsed about half way through construction). Luke Espat of the PUP constructed this bridge.
