Launch of the last Saturn V rocket (Actually a Saturn INT-21) carrying the Skylab space station into orbit.

Soyuz launch vehicle rocket engines in a processing hangar at the Baikonur Cosmodrome. The rocket is assembled horizontally, allowing this view which clearly shows the rocket engine nozzles. Based on the R-7 design, the Soyuz first stage consists of four liquid booster rockets strapped to the second stage core. Each booster has a single rocket motor with four primary combustion chambers and two vernier combustion chambers, which all share a single set of turbopumps.
