Talk:Soy nut

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Excuse me, Soy Nuts are "not roasted soybeans?" Pray tell, exactly what are they then?

The american soybean association claims that is what they are: http://www.asaasc.com/soy-nuts.htm

According to the FDA, "soy nuts" certainly "appear" to be roasted soybeans.

In fact, I followed the original reference provided on the page to the young women's health center, and IT claimed that soy nuts are sobeans roasted and baked. I replaced the erroneous text with the exact wording from the cited page.
