Parameters:
- number on map and in alphabetic list
- number of municipality for basic data page (see the list in Template:Province South Holland p)
- two-letter code for Flags of the World (the code between zh and html in the URL, see [1] on the status bar when pointing at a municipality, or in the source code)
- latitude
- longitude
If the coordinates are left out the two pipe characters are required anyway; in that case the maps are for South Holland. Multimap can be used to determine the coordinates, so that they can be filled in.
