[edit] Lighthouse - Accuracy

I wonder which reliable source supports that the lighthouse was built by the Phillipines, as stated in the article. This source, which is one of the biggest newspapers in Vietnam, said it was built in 1994. Tmct (talk) 22:21, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
