The article seems well-written and for the most part well-sourced. In my view it is too bad that the tag saying that "contains text from public domain source" is needed, to reveal that text is copied from the Accident Report source. It impugns the writing done throughout the article wikipedia editors, because it suggests any/all text was just copied. Can't the specific material from the one source be identified and put in proper quotes, then remove that tag, instead? Just because the source may be in the public domain does not mean that proper referencing is not needed. doncram (talk) 17:23, 14 January 2008 (UTC)
