I removed the reference to the New Cut. The paragraph is about WWII bomb damage, so the New Cut doesn't sit correctly there. Fremsley 09:33, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

Southville's ward boundary doesn't abut the floating harbour. It lies next to the New Cut which carries the River Avon. --86.130.228.226 07:19, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Agreed, but the original didn't mention the Floating Harbour, but 'Bristol Docks'. I think we can say that Spike Island is 'Bristol Docks', especially in the context of WWII bombing. Will rewrite to clarify. Fremsley 09:23, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
