[edit] Probably should disambig

The thought occurred to me last night that the article in the main location for this title should probably be about the social context in the American south rather than the passenger train. However, looking at the "What links here" link, more of the links to this name are for the railroad definition than for the social definition (only one article links to the social definition), and one link is for the title as the name of a computer game. The list right now is still short enough that a disambig wouldn't be a big project (so I'll probably do it later this week anyway).

As I see it right now, there are the following meanings for "Southern Belle":

  • A woman of the American South upper class
  • The Kansas City Southern passenger train
  • A passenger train on a British railroad
  • A computer game title

Have I missed any? Should the main article under this title be the disambig or the social definition? Comments? slambo 16:23, May 5, 2005 (UTC)

Page move done, now fixing links... Done. slambo 17:51, May 8, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:KCS Southern Belle combined.png

Image:KCS Southern Belle combined.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
