Southwestern statistical region

The Republic of Macedonia is divided in eight arbitrary statistical regions. Southwestern, located in the west and southwestern part of the country, borders Albania to the west. Internally, it borders Pelagonia, Polog, Skopje, and Vardar statistical regions.
