Southwest F.O.B. was a 1960's psychedelic rock group from Dallas, Texas. Started by their guitar player Larry "Ovid" Stevens when they were in high school in Dallas. They secured a minor (top 100) hit in 1968 with a cover of the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band song "Smell Of Incense". Later success eluded them and the band broke up shortly thereafter.England Dan & John Ford Coley (Dan Seals, brother of Jimmy of "Seals and Crofts" fame) later formed as a successful adult contemporary duo in the 1970's, as did Seals and Crofts.
