Southport Courthouse is the Gold Coast's major courthouse and has jurisdiction to hear petty criminal offences and civil matters up to AUD$250,000.00.

It is located in the Southport legal district. Southport Courthouse is a District Court.

A subsidiary Magistrates' Court is located at Coolangatta.
