Southland Office Center

Southland Office Center opened in the 1970s with a new Movie Cinema called the Southland General Cinemas and was owend by General Cinemas (which later closed in 1999 and was demolished in 2005) and Southland Office Center built across the street.

In 2004 stores like EB Games, Subway, Cold Stone, and Panda Express opened. In January 2007 Elephant Bar and Panera Bread replaced the Southland Cinema. Located cross the street from Southland Mall (Hayward, California).
