Southern Voice

Southern Voice (also commonly known as SoVo) is the main lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender newspaper in Atlanta, Georgia and the Southeast United States. Launched as an independent publication in 1988, it is now part of Window Media which publishes multiple gay-oriented newspapers in the United States. It focuses mainly on global and regional political issues concerning LGBT persons. Southern Voice is a member of the National Gay Newspaper Guild.

Southern Voice says it has over 100,000 readers and is the most read GLBT paper in the region.[1]
