The Southern Utah Thunderbirds Basketball team is the basketball team that represent Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. The school's team currently competes in The Summit League. The team last played in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament in 2001. The Thunderbirds are currently coached by Roger Reid.
