The Southern League Division One East was a division of the Southern League in the English Football Association league structure.
The division was formed in 1999, taking clubs from the previous Midland Division and Southern Division. In 2006 the Southern League was re-organised and the former Division One East and West were replaced by Division One South & West and Division One Midlands, with some clubs from this division moving into each of the new divisions, but with the majority of clubs (14) transferring to the Isthmian League's new Step 4 divisions as part of the overall re-organisation of Step 4 of the National League System.
