South Wind (passenger train)

The South Wind was a named passenger train of the Pennsylvania Railroad. The South Wind began operations in December of 1940, providing streamliner service between Chicago,IL and Miami, FL. This train became the Floridian sometime after the service was taken over by Amtrak on May 1, 1971
