South Stoke is a village and civil parish in the southern part of the English county of Oxfordshire. The village is on the River Thames and lies between North Stoke and Goring. It is home to the famous Perch and Pike pub. To the north of the village is the hamlet of Littlestoke, home to a fairly important manor house, and Moulsford Railway Bridge, built in 1839 by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.

In 975, King Edgar granted Osweard land at Stoke, probably later the South Stoke and Offham manors.
