South German natural gas pipeline is a planned 500 kilometers long German natural gas pipeline with a diameter of 1200 mm, which will run from Lampertheim to Burghausen on the German-Austrian border. The pipeline will be constructed jointly by E.ON Ruhrgas and Wingas, a joint company of Wintershall, subsidiary of BASF, and Russian Gazprom.
