South East Wales Transport Alliance

South East Wales Transport Alliance (Sewta) is the name given to the group of local authorities in South East Wales working together to promote and develop transport strategies and projects on a regional scale. The members of Sewta are:

- Caerphilly County Borough Council
- Cardiff City Council
- Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council
- Monmouthshire County Council
- Newport City Council
- Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council
