The South Dakota State Jackrabbit are the 19 intercollegiate teams representing the South Dakota State University that compete in the U.S. National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Beginning in 2008, the Jackrabbits will compete in the Missouri Valley Football Conference in football. They will compete in The Summit League beginning in fall 2007 in all sports except football, equestrian and wrestling.
