South Carolina Highway 421

South Carolina Highway 421 is a highway in Aiken County, South Carolina. It runs 14 miles in length.

S.C. 421 begins just west of Aiken by four miles.
Almost immediately, it intersects with Hitchcock Parkway.
Then in Warrenville, it intersects at the south end of Old Graniteville Highway.
In Clearwater, about 1.5 miles from its south end, it intersects with Belvedere-Clearwater Road.
Finally, S.C. 421 ends at the Jefferson Davis Highway, or US Highway 1/78/278, just feet to the north of The City of North Augusta.

- All 14 miles of the highway is named Augusta Road.
- S.C. 421 has been, according to local law enforcement, a highway where prostitutes walk.
