South Beach Beverage Company, commonly known by its acronym, SoBe (IPA: [sobi]), is a manufacturer of teas, fruit-juice blends and energy drinks. SoBe was founded in Norwalk, Connecticut in 1996 and became a subsidiary of PepsiCo in October 2000. The SoBe name is also licensed for gum and chocolate products.[1]

The South Beach Beverage Company is a drink manufacturer based in Norwalk, Connecticut, USA. Incorporated in 1996, their first product was SoBe Black Tea 3G (ginseng, guarana, and ginkgo). It proved popular and led to the introduction of other flavors.
A 90 percent interest in the South Beach Beverage Company was purchased for USD $370 million by PepsiCo. on October 30, 2000.[2]

- Employee of the Month - Vince Downey (played by Dax Shepard) can be seen with a SoBe Nirvana multiple times throughout the film.
