The South Asian Olympic Council (formerly known as South Asian Sports Federation,established 1981) is the governing body of South Asian Games. Member nations include South Asian countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and newly joined Afganistan
