Sourz

Sourz is a brand of Fruit Liqueur owned and produced by Beam Global Spirits & Wine (a subsidiary of Fortune Brands). The liqueur is usually served as shooter, but also used in cocktails.

The most frequently stocked flavor in bars is apple, however cherry, tropical and pineapple flavors also exist. All variants are based upon the spirit Schnapps.

Unlike many other shooters ranging between 30 and 50, the alcohol by volume is a relatively low 15%.

There are many different ways to use these Sourz, for example shot of blue, shot of green and two shots of lemonade this is called a Que. This drink has said to taste like fizzy Haribo Sweets.
