I contend that the use of the lowe resolution log in the article on Southampton Academy qualifies for fair use for the following reasons.

1. It is the logo of the school and is used for identification purposes
2. The date f the schools foudning is discussed in the article and mentioned in relation to this seal
3. This logo is of low resolution
4. This use of this seal does not detract any value from the prignial copyright holder
