My apologies for the brevity of this initial article. I'm doing this from work and my research via Google did not turn up much. 2 pages that I found I had to read through the Google cache because of not being to connect to them. I felt that this cheese needed something more than an edit screen, as I do enjoy eating it. So, if there are any descrepancies or clarifications (or expansions), please make them. Thanks!
