Sotis Volanis is a famous Greek pop folk singer, that made a significant success during the year 2002.
He is best known for the song Póso mou leípei (How Much I Miss Her), a major, yet temporary, success. This song has also been successfully performed in Hebrew by Shlomi Saranga and Moshik Afia - Halom Matok ("sweet dream"), and in Arabic by Fadl Shaker, under the title Ya ghayeb. Sotis Volanis, was born in Akrolimni, Greek Macedonia to Romani parents. He lived there since the beginning of his career. After his major début, his fame slowly declined. His latest work, "Tack-Tack", has received little or no exposure, compared to his first album.
