Sorriso nucleare is the debut album by Italian singer Dolcenera, released on March, 2003 via Amarena Music/BMG Ricordi. It did not peaked not even at #75 on the Italian album chart and spawned four singles, including the Sanremo Music Festival single "Siamo tutti là fuori", "Solo tu", "Devo andare al mare" and "Vivo tutta la notte"
