Sorenson Squeeze is a compression suite for video. It batch transcodes to multiple formats including QuickTime, Windows Media and Flash Video. It uses multiple codecs such as Sorenson 3 Pro, H.264, H.263, and many others. It is named after the founder James Lee Sorenson.
