Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Sophie Moone started her career at 13 as a fashion model for dress catalogs and also appeared in several TV advertisements. When she was 18, she began modeling for artistic nude photography and at 19 entered the adult industry, becoming one of the most recognizable faces in the European pornography industry. Thanks to this success, she has worked with some of the most acclaimed directors and photographers, such as John Walton, Andrew Youngman, Denys Defrancesco, and Viv Thomas. She began her career doing both heterosexual and lesbian pornography, including foot fetish scenes. She is thought to have done just 9 heterosexual scenes, the final one in 2004 for 21 Sextury Productions, since then she has performed only in solo and lesbian scenes. She often partners with Zsanett Égerházi, Monica Sweet, Anetta Keys, Eve Angel, and Sandra Shine in her scenes.
In November 2005, she signed an exclusive contract with 21Sextury.com Productions to produce her own official website, SweetSophieMoone.com, which was launched in January 2006. Her popularity has also led to her becoming a regular in the UK edition of Club International magazine, where she poses under the name Stella.
In 2006, the French clothing label Shaï featured her in a clip with another model, Zafira, as part of an online advertising campaign consisted of several short pornographic movies combined with an embedded clothing catalog.[1] [2]
