Sophal Ear

Sophal Ear is an Assistant Professor in the Department of National Security Affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
Dr. Ear earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2006, then spent a year as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Public Administration at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.[1]
In 2000 Ear was an executive at the World Bank, where he worked on a project designed to fund Internet access for Cambodia's national library.[2]
