Joe is fond of a wide range of musical genres, though particularly metal, punk and ska.

In his sparetime, Joe enjoys playing guitar, and is becoming increasingly more able on the instrument, as he has been playing the electric guitar for over 3 years now. He also plays the bass in a Christian rock band, Elijah, though looks out of place with his Metal Axxe Bass guitar and torn clothing. In Elijah, Joe sings lead vocals.

Joe also enjoys playing for his other, more recent band - The Paradox, a ska-punk fusion band, who also mix areas of classical and even flamenco into their music. He likes to think they are not confined into the enclosure of modern musical status-quo.
