[edit] East Indian

The lead reads : He was the first (of many) West Indian cricketer of East Indian origin. East Indian leads to a confusing dab page. If East India is supposed to mean India, we should link to India. Tintin (talk) 12:33, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] WP Cricket importance rating

I think "low" was definitely too low. I've set it to "high", though I'm open to being convinced that it should be "mid". However he and Valentine, as two young unknowns, made an enormous impact in England in 1950, and he was the most feared wrist-spinner in the game until 1957, when May and Cowdrey showed how to use pad-play against him.
