Sonoda Tenkoko

Sonoda Tenkoko (園田　天光光) is the first Japanese Diet member in history to have a baby in 1950 while in office. The only other woman to do so is Hashimoto Seiko (2000).

Sonoda Tenkoko is the widow of the late former Foreign Minister Sunao Sonoda.
