Sonic Postcards is an educational sound art recording project first conducted within UK primary schools in which children record their local environment and construct short "sonic postcard" musique concrete pieces. Sonic Postcards was awarded the New Statesman New Media Award for education in 2006. It is run by the Sonic Arts Network.
