  • An error on the album's packaging states that the song "Once in a Lifetime" has a tracklength of 7:15, when in actuality it is 30 seconds longer at 7:45.

  • The album was stated as the 2nd best "Battle Metal" album of the last 20 years by British metal magazine Metal Hammer in its 20th anniversary article.

  • The song "Fury of the Storm" has a reference to the Hammerfall song "Legacy of Kings", both songs contain the lines "On wings of glory we will carry on."
  • The song "Dawn Over A New World", at 5:13, is the shortest song yet recorded by DragonForce (with the exception of "Invocation Of The Apocalyptic Evil" which is the 14 second intro to their 2003 "Valley Of The Damned.")
  • The song "Soldiers Of The Wasteland", at 9:45, is the longest song yet recorded by DragonForce.
