Sondra Picadillo Guenevere Milani Lim (born January 8, 1981 in Tagaytay, Philippines) or simply known as Uda, is a Filipino student and the winner of the 2001 Philippine Tropic Pageant. She was a student at Miriam College and currently working at ABS-CBN. She was an actress in the television show Quizon Avenue.

Prior to her pageanting, she had already been known for her dancing. She won the 1997 Dance Mindanao and the 1998 Philippine Hip Hop. She joined and won the 2001 Philippine Tropic Pageant. Out of the 35 contestants, she was the only won who danced which easily gained momentum from the crowd. The judges chose her as the winner. Lim won Php 500,000.00 for winning the contest but she donated half of it to Gawad Kalinga.

After pageanting, Uda decided to pursue a career in acting. She was a cast member in the sitcom Quizon Avenue in ABS-CBN together with childhood friends and fellow pageant winners, Grace Singson and Myka Villanueva, until the show was permanently cut last November 2006. She will be starring in the movie Mano Po 6: My Relationship, My Joy, Mine as Bettina Lee-Kuh. The movie will be released by late June of 2007. She is planning to join Pinoy Big Brother 2: Celebrity Edition.

Lim used to date Chot Duay. However, she still lives with him in Guimaras, Philippines. They have 2 pet dogs, a Maltese named Chin and a Dalmatian named Nica.
Lim speaks Italian, Filipino, English and Spanish fluently. Her ethnicity is Filipino with Moldovan descent.
Lim can play the guitar, cello, piccolo, and french horn.
Lim's favorite color is seafoam blue.
Lim has been a big fan of the Power Puff Girls ever since she was a kid.
If she was not an actress, Lim would decide to have a career in gymnastics or modeling.
She is good friends with actress Keyla Kapalkilay.
