[edit] SOMNOPHILIA IS SICK

somnohilia isn't an illness but the people who "awaken the sleeping with carresses" are sick. Their sort have tendencies that could lead to necrophilia & murder. It's obvious that these predators must be stopped. As for the somnophiliacs themselves good on 'em. As the Moz once sang: 'make them come to you, just like I do, woe oe oe" —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.71.37.250 (talkcontribs)

What the hell is that supposed to mean? --WildKard84 10:34, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] response to 70.71.37.250

While it is never mentioned in the article, I remember reading an online article about somnophilia from Lust Magazine, saying that it is much more commonly a fantasy than actually acted upon. Besides, your claim also has no citation, so my claim is at least as valid as yours. Fusion7 01:54, 21 April 2007 (UTC)

You wanna back that up?

Give me a link that says that. Fusion7 22:38, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
Strictly speaking, this is closer to doll fetishism than anything else. Also, the idea that there is necrophilic element to this just doesn't sound right since a dead body has little if anything in common with a sleeping person's body. Sweetfreek (talk) 06:29, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
