Something Else is the third studio album by American R&B singer Robin Thicke. The release date is set for September 2008.The first single "Magic" leaked onto the internet May 14, 2008. The album is a follow up to Robin Thicke's highly successful second album The Evolution of Robin Thicke, which is said to have no guest appearances.[1]

After Robin Thicke finished up his tour for the The Evolution of Robin Thicke album he immediately got into the studio to start recording the album.[2] The album features production from Thicke himself along side The Neptunes, and Pro Jay. However, the album has no guest on the recorded tracks. Thicke conducted a listening party in Los Angeles on April 14, 2008 where he described the album as "wine and bubbly" type music.
The album was due for release on the 1st July but has now been rescheduled to September 2008.

The first single "Magic" is due for release May 20, 2008. However, the single surfaced the internet on May 14, 2008. A sample for the song can be heard on the new Samsung advert. You can also listen to a radio rip.[4] The second single is rumored to be "SideStep".[5]
