Somaliland is the name of the unrecognised, de facto sovereign, state formerly known as British Somaliland and now generally known as Somaliland.
In addition, the name Somaliland also appeared in the names of the following territories:
- French Somaliland, now Djibouti
- Italian Somaliland, which merged with British Somaliland in 1960 to form Somalia
- Republic of Somaliland, the present de facto independent state on the territories similar to British Somaliland.
