[edit] Help me!
Hi. I posted an article on the Jewish history and ideas scholar and educator David Solomon on April 10th but I can not find it. I have checked all the deletion pages and its not there. Does this mean that it does not exist? Additionally, I can't access it through my contributions as the history link goes nowhere. I would to solidify the piece to ensure that notability is not questioned. I would also like it to be available to general browsers as soon as it is deemed appropriate. If, for some strange reason, it has not saved properly, I would like to know so that I can redraft and re-submit. Thanks, solsyd --Solsyd 10:20, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
- mmmm... I can't find anything in the deletion log either, but looking at your contributions (you can look at them them by clicking on the link at the top of every page) I found you edited Wikipedia:Introduction, (here's the state of the page after your edit). Maybe you edited Introduction, thinking you were creating a new article? If you need more help, don't hesitate to put the {{helpme}} tag back! -- lucasbfr talk 09:42, 17 April 2007 (UTC)--
[edit] License tagging for Image:David Solomon 0178smallcrop.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:David Solomon 0178smallcrop.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 13:06, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orna Triguboff
I have restored the text you wrote to User:Solsyd/OrnaSandbox which is a subpage of your userpage. You can work on the article there and when it meets our guidelines on biographical articles you can move it back into article space at Orna Triguboff. Please make sure you read and follow the guidelines, or it will be deleted again. You should probably also read WP:V which is one of our core policies, and central to understanding the guidelines. I'd also ask you to review our guidelines on conflicts of interest since it seems that you are doing this "on behlaf of" the subject of the article, which makes it hard for you to maintain a neutral point of view. Thanks, Gwernol 18:31, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
