Since this is a potentially controversial re-creation, I'll explain my reasoning in detail. I've provided a number of sources that I believe demonstrate notability - particularly under these criteria from WP:MUSIC:

1 - Has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician/ensemble itself and reliable.

3 - Has gone on an international concert tour, or a national concert tour in at least one sovereign country, reported in reliable sources (toured as part of Sparklehorse)

6 - Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable (Sparklehorse again)
