Solo garlic

Slightly bigger than a walnut, the solo garlic has the flavour of the garlic clove but is milder and slightly perfumed. The appearance is that of a pickling onion with white skin and purple stripes. They are great baked whole and served as a vegetable. Like the garlic clove, the flesh turns into a paste after baking.
