Sollenau is a town in the Wiener Neustadt-Land district, Lower Austria, Austria. Sollenau is located in the Danube Valley. 4.03% of the municipality are forested, Much of the land are farmlands. Sollenau has a school, a lyceum, a high school, a post office and a square (platz) named Hauptplatz.

In Roman times, the area used to be part of Pannonia. It lies in the Lower Austrian heartland. It divided the place in the history of Austria. Sollenau was first mentioned in 1166. The area are one of the oldest settlements in Steinfeld.
